14-day statutory right of withdrawal and 7-day money-back guarantee for IPTVdigi service
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the contract conclusion.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you requested the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided up to the point you inform us that you are withdrawing from this contract, compared to the full scope of the contract.
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical data carrier if we have started to perform the contract after you have expressly consented to our starting to perform the contract before the withdrawal period has expired and you have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal with your consent to the commencement of the contract performance.
When you purchase an IPTVdigi subscription, you expressly confirm before ordering that you agree to the immediate start of the service and that you are aware that your right of withdrawal expires after the contract is performed.
