Legal terms and conditions for using IPTVdigi service
These Terms of Service apply to all agreements between IPTVdigi (hereinafter "Service Provider", "we", "us") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer", "you") regarding the use of our IPTV service. Any deviating terms of the Customer are not valid unless we have a written agreement to apply them.
IPTVdigi is a premium IPTV service provider. Our service includes access to live television channels, Video on Demand (VOD) content, and other digital services via internet connection. We offer IPTVdigi service with 25,000+ channels and 130,000+ VOD titles in 4K/8K quality.
The presentation of our IPTV subscriptions on our website is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to the Customer to make an offer. By ordering a subscription via WhatsApp or email, the Customer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when we expressly accept the offer, which occurs by sending the login credentials via WhatsApp or email.
The contract text is not stored after the contract is concluded and is therefore not accessible to the Customer. However, the Customer can view their order details from the order confirmation via WhatsApp and email.
Our IPTV subscriptions include access to a large number of live television channels, Video on Demand (VOD) content, and other digital services. The exact content of the service can be found in the product description on our website or via WhatsApp communication.
The prices shown on our website at the time of order are valid. All prices are in Euros (€) excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise. Prices apply to the selected subscription period (3, 6, 12, or 24 months). The subscription is not automatically renewed after the contract period. The service ends automatically after the booked period.
The agreed price is due after the contract is concluded. The Customer can choose from the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, or cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT). Payment processing is done through certified third-party providers. We do not store Customer credit card or bank details.
The IPTV service is activated after receipt of payment. In case of delayed payment, we reserve the right to refuse service delivery or terminate the contract. The Customer is responsible for notifying us of a failed payment.
After successful payment, the Customer receives their login credentials (Xtream Codes: Server URL, Username, Password) within 15 minutes via WhatsApp or email. The Customer is obliged to keep login credentials confidential and protect them from third-party access. In the event of loss or misuse of login credentials, the Customer is obliged to inform us immediately. We will then issue new login credentials for the IPTVdigi service.
Each subscription is intended for a specific number of devices (1-5). Simultaneous use on more than the booked number of devices is not permitted and may result in access being blocked.
The Customer has the right to use the IPTV service exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use, especially public display of the service in business premises, hotels, restaurants, or similar facilities, is prohibited without our written consent.
The Customer may not pass on login credentials to third parties or make the service accessible to third parties. Distributing, recording, or making the service content available to the public is prohibited. In the event of violation of these terms of use, we reserve the right to block access to the service without prior notice and to terminate the contract extraordinarily. In this case, already paid amounts will not be refunded.
We strive to achieve the highest possible 99.9% uptime of our service. Technical failures, maintenance work, force majeure, and problems with the Customer's internet connection may lead to temporary restrictions. Scheduled maintenance work will be announced in advance via WhatsApp or on the website if possible.
We are fully liable for damages caused by intentional or negligent breach of duty that results in injury, as well as for damages caused by breach of material contractual obligations. In the event of breach of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Liability for data loss is limited to typical recovery costs. Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded. These limitations also apply to the IPTVdigi service.
The contract is valid for the minimum period selected by the Customer (3, 6, 12, or 24 months) and ends automatically after this period. The contract is not automatically renewed. After the minimum period, the Customer can continue the subscription by placing a new order.
The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains. Good cause exists particularly if the Customer violates the terms of use, passes on login credentials to third parties, or misuses the service. This applies to all IPTVdigi subscriptions.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws. Since IPTV subscriptions are digital services that are delivered immediately after the contract is concluded, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided the Customer has expressly consented to the performance of the service before the withdrawal period expires. IPTVdigi obtains this express consent before concluding the contract.
As an additional service, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee provided that service usage does not exceed 5 hours and the trial period has not been misused. More information can be found in our Withdrawal Policy. This applies to all IPTVdigi subscriptions.
Protecting your personal data is important to us. Information about collection, processing, and use can be found in our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable international data protection laws.
The Customer agrees not to use IPTVdigi service for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any content that:

IPTVdigi operates under a fair use policy. The service is intended for normal residential use. Excessive or abusive use that negatively impacts other customers may result in service restrictions. Examples of excessive use include:
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be notified to the Customer by email or WhatsApp at least 30 days before they come into effect. If the Customer does not accept the changed terms, they have the right to terminate the contract effective from the date the changes come into force. The right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected. Changes required by law or changes that are exclusively for the Customer's benefit come into effect immediately.
All legal relationships between IPTVdigi and the Customer are governed exclusively by the laws of the jurisdiction where IPTVdigi is established, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The application of other legal systems is excluded.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Any disputes shall be brought before the competent court in our jurisdiction.
If one or more provisions of these Terms of Service are or become invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legal provision that best corresponds to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
